Kirk McConnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and community support. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Scotlynn since October 2021, Kirk McConnell focuses on exceeding customer expectations in logistics and providing solutions for complex supply chain challenges. Prior to this role, Kirk McConnell spent nearly a decade at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, where responsibilities included conducting support meetings and developing recovery strategies as a Peer Specialist, along with case management and community support as a Community Support Specialist. Kirk McConnell also worked as a Mental Health Worker with the Canadian Mental Health Association and as a Program Assistant with the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Academic qualifications include an Honours degree in Healthcare from Everest Hamilton and a high school diploma from Port Dover Composite School.
