John Brenchley

John Brenchley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and governance within the specialty chemicals and materials industries. Currently serving as a Guardian Trustee (Non-Executive Director) at Scott Bader Commonwealth since May 2025, John focuses on governance and stewardship. Previously, John held the position of Executive Operational Marketing Manager at Infineum from January 2023 to January 2025, where marketing strategies were designed and business development initiatives were undertaken. As Regional Director / VP of Sales - EMEA at Goodfellow from March 2022 to September 2022, John spearheaded regional sales strategies and managed distributor relationships. From July 2018 to March 2022, John served as N. Europe & Global Export Sales Manager at Scott Bader Co. Ltd, overseeing sales teams and ensuring compliance. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Master’s degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Loughborough University.
