Nate Bostrom

Nate Bostrom is a Development Specialist at Scott, Carver, Dakota CAP Agency since January 2023, focusing on in-kind donations and donor relationships. Previously, Bostrom served as Volunteer Support Coordinator, enhancing volunteer engagement across multiple programs. With extensive experience at Concordia University-St. Paul spanning from 1994 to 2022, Bostrom held various roles, including Manager of Community & Academic Partnerships and Senior Partnerships Liaison, successfully driving enrollment initiatives and partnerships. Bostrom also taught as an Adjunct Professor and held several leadership positions in marketing and admissions, significantly increasing enrollment figures. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Marketing & Admissions at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul and Manager of Member Benefits at Thrivent Financial. Bostrom holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education/Ministries from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
