Scott Cole

Scott Cole is the CEO and Founding Attorney of Cole & Van Note, a prominent employment and consumer class action law firm in California, where Scott has played a pivotal role since December 1992 in successfully prosecuting numerous class actions and influencing legal standards in both trial and appellate courts. Additionally, Scott serves as a Mediator at Cole Mediations since 2013. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law (1989-1992) and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from San Francisco State University (1985-1989).
