Jessica Poynter

Jessica Poynter is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with extensive experience in member and client support roles. Currently serving as the Member Experience Senior Coordinator at Scott Credit Union since November 2021, Jessica previously held multiple positions at 1st Mid America Credit Union from 2011 to 2021, including Retirement Services Coordinator, Dealer Services Representative, Dealer Services Processor, and Financial Services Representative. Earlier experience includes serving as a Wealth Advisor Assistant at Busey Bank from 2010 to 2011. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and has earned an Associate's degree in the same field from Parkland College, complemented by studies at Eastern Illinois University.
