Tanya Dias has over 30 years of professional experience in program and project management. In 2021, they began working as a Program Manager for Scott Manufacturing Solutions, where they manage customer relationships for several large customers and monitors program status. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Program Manager for Arrowhead Products, where they were the designated customer advocate for Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Boeing Defense aerospace programs. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager for Scott Manufacturing & Engineering, where they were responsible for spearheading prototype design and delivery of key accounts. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Sr. Customer Program Manager for Esterline Power Systems (Leach), where they managed customer relationships for the top 5 multi-million-dollar accounts. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Program Manager for Zodiac Aerospace, where they managed an integrated product team and drove manufacturing and engineering processes from NPI into production. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Sr. Program Support Specialist and LEAN Consultant/Mfg. Program Manager (Electromechanical Sys.) for Rockwell Collins, where they planned and executed program requirements for multi-billion dollar business jet programs. From 1990 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Data Management Manager for Experian, where they managed a team of 12 Data Analysts and identified training needs of staff.

Tanya Dias obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2006 and 2009. Tanya then went on to earn a Masters in Management from the same institution between 2009 and 2011. In 2010, they obtained a Lean Principle certification from Rockwell Collins. In 2020, they obtained a Microsoft Teams Quick Tips certification from LinkedIn, and in 2022 they obtained a Customer Experience Leadership certification from LinkedIn.
