Andrew Shearer

Andrew Shearer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Junior Systems Administrator at Scott Felder Homes, LLC since October 2014, Andrew effectively manages the roll-out and testing of new software across multiple regions, provides user training, and handles vital network and server configurations, particularly in Cisco and Windows environments. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions at Western Michigan University as a Help Desk Technician, at TEAM Enterprises as a Customer Support Representative, and in the United States Marine Corps as a Junior Systems Analyst, where skills in troubleshooting, customer support, and IT solutions were honed.
