Derek Bounds, MBA, is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in overseeing construction operations and land development projects. Currently serving as Area Construction Manager at Scott Felder Homes, LLC since July 2022, Derek previously held roles as Construction Manager at Bella Vista Homes and Lead Project Manager at Texas MedBuild, LLC, where responsibilities included managing budgets and land development for commercial projects.
