Michelle Portner Schrader

Michelle Portner Schrader has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle is currently an Aviation Account Executive at Scott Group Studio since March 2023. Prior to that, Michelle worked as a Designer at their own company, Michelle Schrader Design Consultant LLC, from May 2017 to March 2023. Before starting their own business, they worked as a Designer at Kathy Adams Furniture and Design from September 2014 to April 2017. Michelle also has experience in education, having served as a Special Education Teacher at RISD from August 2012 to June 2014, where they worked with students ranging from 3 to 6 years old. Michelle started their career as the Owner and Design Consultant at M and M Design Consultants from June 2003 to January 2013, where they made selections and coordinated various design aspects for builders and clients. Additionally, they worked as a Bathroom Designer at Expo Design Center from September 2001 to June 2003 and from September 2000 to September 2001.

Michelle Portner Schrader obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston. Michelle completed their undergraduate studies at the university from 1993 to 1997.
