Michael Economy

Michael Economy has held various roles in the restaurant industry, starting as a server at Applebee's and now currently working as an Assistant General Manager at Francesca's Restaurant Group. With experience managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and achieving sales goals, Michael also has a background in education as a Lead Instructor at US Sports Coaching. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from West Valley College.
