Eric Mohseni is an experienced fermentation specialist currently working at Scott Laboratories since March 2021. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple positions in winemaking, including Director of Winemaking and Winemaker at Krushwerks from August 2019 to March 2021, and served as a Cellar & Operations Consultant at Hearst Ranch Winery for a brief period in 2019. Eric's extensive career at Zaca Mesa Winery spanned over 17 years, where responsibilities included Director of Winemaking & Vineyard Operations, Winemaker, Associate Winemaker, Assistant Winemaker, and Enologist. Additionally, Eric owned and operated Osseus Wine Company from January 2004 to December 2015. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from California State University, Long Beach.
