Nichola Hall

Nichola Hall is an accomplished professional in the field of fermentation and enology, currently serving as the Technical Director at Scott Laboratories since March 2009. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Representative at Vinquiry Inc from 2007 to 2009 and as the Microbiology Manager at Bronco Wine Company from 2002 to 2007. Nichola Hall earned a PhD in Microbial Physiology from Abertay University, following a Bachelor of Science with honors in Microbial Biotechnology from the same institution.
