Zack Scott's work experience includes various roles in the wine and beverage industry. Zack is currently working at Lallemand Oenology, where they support the development of the division through strategic partnerships and activities. Prior to this, Zack served as the Chairperson and CEO at Scott Laboratories, a position they held for almost two decades. Zack has also been a Board Member at Straus Family Creamery, where they contributed to sustaining family farms and promoting organic dairy products. Additionally, Zack has been an Executive Network Member at Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures and gained initial experience as a Winery Intern at Gloria Ferrer Winery, specializing in lab analyses, press operation, filtration, and crush pad activities.
Zack Scott attended Marin Academy, where they completed their secondary education. Following that, they enrolled at UCLA from 1999 to 2003, majoring in International Economics with a focus on Latin American History. After a break, Zack pursued the Brewing Professional Certification at the University of California, Davis in 2008.
