Tamara Russell

Tamara Russell has over three decades of experience in human resources and administration, demonstrating a strong background in HR coordination and recruitment. Tamara's career includes roles at Collins Barrow, where responsibilities involved leading campus recruiting initiatives, facilitating new hire orientations, and implementing an HRIS system. At BDO Canada, Tamara served as a Regional Human Resources Assistant, overseeing the HRIS implementation for a large workforce and managing full cycle recruitment. Additionally, Tamara contributed to marketing efforts as a Regional Marketing Coordinator at BDO Canada and held a position as Office Manager/Executive Assistant at Collins Barrow. Tamara is an alumna of Mount Royal University, where studies were completed between 2008 and 2011.
