Danny Nicholas is an accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Technical Principal and Lead Software Developer at Scott Logic since March 2016, Danny specializes in design, implementation, and deployment within Agile teams. Previously, as a Senior Software Developer at claritize, Danny focused on developing Data Quality Monitoring software, involving both front-end and back-end Java development. Danny's career includes roles as Technology Manager and Technical Lead at Ericsson, where responsibilities included overseeing radio network quality and leading engineering teams in network improvement projects. Danny began in the telecommunications sector as a Radio Engineering Manager at T-Mobile and as a Radio Planning Engineer at Cellnet, optimizing network performance in the Greater London area. Danny holds a First-Class B.Eng (Hons) in Electronics with Computing Science from Swansea University and furthered education at The Open University.
