David Butt

David Butt is an experienced software development professional with a comprehensive background in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Lead Developer at Scott Logic since January 2022, David previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman from April 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, David was Chief Software Architect at 7 Layer Solutions Limited, where responsibilities included setting technical standards and overseeing architectural direction. David also served as Development Team Leader at Vertex Financial Services and worked as a Software Engineer at CA. David holds a BSc in Computer Science from Aberystwyth University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
