María Sancho Villalba

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products and nutrition. Currently, Mariana holds the position of Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana has also been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Proprietaria/Gerente at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutrióloga at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and university instructor at a training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where Mariana taught applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana earned a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México in 2015.
