Charles Clague

Charles Clague has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on accounting and operations. Charles served as the Head of Insurance Operations Accounting at Novatae Risk Group from 2018, where they provided leadership and mentorship to a team of 40 employees. Charles supported the CFO by preparing reports and updates for the Board members. Prior to that, they were the Director Of Accounting and Operations at Paramount General Agency from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they oversaw various processes and managed accounts for brokers across the United States.

Charles Clague earned an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Blinn College in the years 2010-2012. Charles then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2012 to 2014.
