Jim Tripolone

Jim Tripolone currently serves as the Grand PooBah of Insurance at Novatae Risk Group since November 2013, leading a team of skilled insurance professionals committed to innovating the insurance brokerage landscape. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Executive Vice President at both Baldrica & Company and Brown & Brown Insurance between 2011 and 2011. Earlier experience includes a role as a Marketing Representative at Federated Insurance from 2004 to 2008. Jim Tripolone earned a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business in 2004.
