Caroline Rogers

Caroline Rogers serves as the Business Portfolio Manager at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since February 2024. Previously, Caroline held various leadership roles at the Office for National Statistics from 2007 to 2024, including Head of Programme Management Office, Head of 2021 Census Public Support, and Head of Strategy and Roadmap Development. In these roles, Caroline focused on public engagement for the 2021 Census, organisational strategy, and information governance, significantly contributing to the enhancement of information assurance maturity within the organisation.
