Danielle Royce

Danielle Royce is an experienced professional in the utility sector, currently serving as Head of Programme at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks since April 2016, with previous roles including Head of Customer Operations Projects and lead customer relationship manager. Prior to this, Danielle worked at Wales & West Utilities for over a decade, holding the position of Stakeholder Engagement Manager and focusing on developing inclusive stakeholder strategies and carbon monoxide awareness campaigns. Earlier career roles include Annuity Analyst at Legal & General and Customer Service and Sales Representative at Halifax. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Cultural Criticism from Cardiff University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
