Linda Miles

Linda Miles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trade and international relations. As a Senior Trade Specialist in Energy Transition at Scottish Development International since May 2021, Linda focuses on promoting Scotland's energy sector capabilities in Australia, particularly in areas such as renewable energy and hydrogen. Prior to this role, Linda served as a Trade Development Manager at the Department for International Trade from September 2009 to May 2021, where support was provided to UK companies seeking business opportunities in Australia. Earlier experience includes founding Planet Perth Tours, a tour bus company operating from 1996 to 2006, and working as an International Market Research Executive at BMRB from 1990 to 1992. Linda holds a BA (Hons) in French and German from Newcastle University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
