Rory Stewart

Rory Stewart currently serves as the Interim Talent Acquisition Manager at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, focusing on enhancing the Talent Acquisition function. Previously, Rory held the position of Interim Strategic Talent & Resourcing Lead at Lancashire County Council, where modernized Talent Acquisition strategies were implemented to support organizational transformation. As the Director of Client Services at Armstrong Craven from January 2017 to September 2023, Rory managed all delivery aspects while contributing to the strategic development of the business. Additionally, Rory served as Global Head of Client Services, leading a global delivery team for prominent organizations. Earlier experience includes establishing RS Resourcing Services Ltd to assist clients with recruitment and retention strategies and serving as Project Resourcing Manager at Capita for high-volume employee intake. Rory holds a B Mus degree from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, completed between 2000 and 2003.
