Andrew Davison

Andrew leads new investments at SEP and has been investing in technology companies for over 20 years. He has an extensive network spanning key advisors as well as technology entrepreneurs and non-executives.

Andrew co-led SEP’s recent investment in AutoRek, the Glasgow headquartered, regulatory and financial data management software specialist, and has joined the company’s board. He is also currently non-executive director of cloud communications provider Content Guru and led SEP’s £25 million investment into the company.

Andrew was non-executive director of luxury omni-channel fashion retailer Matchesfashion.com and was actively involved in the company’s strategy and growth prior to Apax Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake. Other deals include SEP’s investment in online car finance specialist Zuto and cloud-based document collaboration company Workshare which was acquired by Litera Microsystems in July 2019.
