Liz Welch

Liz Welch has an extensive background in finance and operations, with experience in various leadership roles at the Scottish Funding Council, Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service, and the University of Edinburgh. Liz holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Edinburgh, along with other qualifications in finance, accounting, and computing. She also served as a lecturer at Edinburgh Napier University and has been a key member of the BUFDG training group.
