Ian Lovie brings extensive experience in the retail and compliance sectors, having worked at SCOTMID Ltd since 1998, where roles have included Licensing & Compliance Manager, Compliance Officer, Food Safety Officer, Fresh Food Area Manager, and Store Manager Designate. Prior to SCOTMID, Ian served as Store Manager at Morning Noon & Night and held the position of Trading Manager at Tesco PLC. Early career experience includes roles as Trainee Manager and Assistant Manager at Wm Low, as well as a Communications Technician in the Territorial Army - Royal Corps of Signals.
