Phil Miller

Phil Miller serves as a Communications and Digital Officer at The Scottish Parliament and is the Editor and Founder of The New Collection. Phil holds an MRes in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Stirling, obtained in 2021, and a degree in English Studies with a focus on English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the same institution, completed in 2020.
