Kashif Bismullah

Kashif Bismullah, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), has substantial experience in financial management, having served in various roles since 2004. Currently, Kashif is the Finance Business Partner at Police Scotland, responsible for delivering high-quality financial information and analysis to optimize service delivery within budgetary constraints. Previous roles include Project Accountant focused on transformational projects under the Policing 2026 strategy, Management Accountant at Clackmannanshire Council managing an education finance team, and Deputy Divisional Finance Manager at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust overseeing financial projects in cancer treatment and research. Additional experience includes financial roles with Trafford MBC and Salford City Council, emphasizing budget management for educational institutions and monitoring funding for children’s services. Kashif holds several accounting qualifications, including an ACCA designation and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Salford.
