Lynn Brown

Lynn Brown has a substantial background in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Acting Head of Finance at Police Scotland since May 2017, where additional roles have included Head of Corporate Finance and Interim Strategic Financial Planning and Budgeting Lead. Prior experience includes positions as Management Accountant at East Dunbartonshire Council and various roles, such as Financial Accountant and Management Accountant, at Shetland Islands Council. Lynn's career began at Audit Scotland as a Senior Auditor and Trainee. Academic qualifications include a CIPFA degree in Accounting and a BA (Hons) in Accounting from Glasgow Caledonian University, along with an HND in Accounting from Bell College.
