Brian Jack has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Brian currently serves as the Lead Project Manager at ScottishPower. Prior to this role, they worked at Air Navigation Solutions Ltd. as an ATC Systems Project Manager and DE&I Committee Chair. Brian also held the position of Senior Capital Project Manager at Glasgow Airport. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant Senior Project Manager at MACI Innovations and held various roles at Edinburgh Airport, including Security Operations Duty Manager and Facilities & Operations Manager. Before that, they served as a Construction and M&E Project Manager at Inviron and as a Project Engineer on London Underground at EDF Energy / Metronet / Tubelines. Brian started their career as an Electrical Foreman / Site Manager at TClarke.
Brian Jack completed an Electrical Installation Apprenticeship at E J Stiell Electrical Engineers from 1990 to 1994. Brian also pursued studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Motherwell Technical College from 1990 to 1992. Recently, Brian obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, starting in 2023. Additionally, they have gained various certifications, including IOSH managing safely from IOSH in 2022 and a Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate (5 Day SMSTS) from CITB in 2020. Other certifications include Mental Health First Aid, 1st Aid at Work (Full) from the British Red Cross in 2015, and several security-related certifications. In 1994, Brian became an Approved Electrician through The Joint Industry Board for the Electrical Contracting Industry.
