Colin Pearson

Colin Pearson is an accomplished technical manager with extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as the Lead Asset Integrity Manager at ScottishPower Renewables since September 2013. Colin leads the Electrical Transmission Equipment Asset Integrity Management Team, overseeing a diverse group of engineers in electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and related fields. Previous roles at BAE Systems included Electrical Commissioning Section Manager and Electrical Principal Commissioning Engineer, where management of large teams and project delivery were key responsibilities. Colin's earlier experience encompasses positions in high voltage systems and electrical maintenance with Converteam, Alstom Group, and NEC Electronics. Colin holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Power Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and has completed NEBOSH training.
