David Partington has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. David started their career at BAE Systems as an Electrical Engineer and worked on various projects, including commissioning, design, and sea trials. David later became a Lead Engineer for the Adjacent Markets department, taking the lead on a wind energy project. After BAE Systems, they joined Mott MacDonald as an Electrical Power Systems Analysis Engineer, where they performed analysis studies for clients in various industries. David then moved to SgurrEnergy as a Senior Electrical Engineer, where they acted as a technical advisor and prepared technical specifications for renewable energy projects. David then worked at AECOM as a Principal Transmission & Distribution Engineer before joining ScottishPower as a Senior Electrical Engineer and eventually becoming a Lead Engineer.
David Partington attended The University of Edinburgh from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, graduating with an MEng.
