Stephen McTavish is a seasoned Compliance and Audit Manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving at Drax Generation Enterprise Limited since January 2019 and at ScottishPower since May 1999. At ScottishPower, Stephen has played a pivotal role in chairing the GENSIP Risk and Standards Group, delivering business improvement programs, and implementing integrated management systems for ISO certifications. Possessing a BSc(Hons) in Quality Management from The University of Salford, Stephen has developed global quality and environmental strategies, conducted comprehensive compliance audit programs, and managed graduate and scholarship initiatives, all while promoting a cohesive approach to quality management across multiple countries.
