Annette McKenna

Annette Mckenna is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, customer support, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager and previously as a Customer Support Manager at SQA – Scottish Qualifications Authority since September 2010, Annette has demonstrated leadership in operational excellence. Prior roles include teaching Geography at Renfrewshire Council from June 2007 to July 2010, various positions in promotions and marketing as well as key account coordination at ACCA from July 1999 to August 2006, and serving as a Key Account Manager at Compaq Computer Ltd from July 1997 to July 1999. Annette holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGE) in Secondary Geography from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geography from the University of Glasgow.
