John Wallace

John Wallace has extensive work experience, starting with their most recent role as Head of Contract Operations at SQA - Scottish Qualifications Authority since May 2018. Prior to this, they were the Head of Central Services at learndirect Limited from November 2017 to April 2018 and the Head of Projects from April 2011 to November 2017. Before that, they served as the Operations Director at JHP Group Limited from July 2009 to March 2012 and as the Head of Learning & Skills at Govan Initiative Ltd from December 2002 to June 2009.

John Wallace's education history begins in 1987 when they attended the University of Glasgow and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) hons degree in Scots Private Law, which they completed in 1991. In 1991, they pursued further education in the field of law by getting a Diploma in legal practice from the University of Glasgow, which they completed in 1992. Afterward, John went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Strathclyde from 2008 to 2010.
