Ally Little

Ally Little is an experienced physiotherapist specializing in sports medicine, currently serving as the National Team Assistant Physiotherapist for Scottish Rugby since November 2015. In this role, Ally supports the Scotland National Rugby team during competition periods and drives research for the Scottish Rugby Union Medical and Performance departments. Previous roles include Lead Physiotherapist for GB Rugby 7s during the Tokyo Olympics, Team Physiotherapist for Commonwealth Games Scotland, and Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for Glasgow Warriors. Ally's extensive background also includes experience with the English Institute of Sport and various national teams across different sports, underpinned by an academic foundation in Allied Health Professional Studies (MSc) and Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Hons).
