Dr. Jeff Cullen serves as the Team Doctor for Scotland U18 and U16/U17 teams at Scottish Rugby, alongside roles as a Medical Contractor for the Scottish Football Association and Edinburgh Rugby's match day medical team. With extensive experience in sports medicine, Dr. Cullen also works as an Event Doctor for Boxing Scotland and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine (FSEM) since December 2020. Dr. Cullen holds a Diploma in Sports Medicine from the International Olympic Committee and is a Sports Doctor for British Gymnastics. A longstanding member of Selkirk RFC as Club Doctor, and practicing as a GP at Selkirk Medical Practice since 1995, Dr. Cullen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Aberdeen and a Membership from the Royal College of General Practitioners.
