Vicky Cox

Vicky Cox has a diverse work experience. Vicky started their career at Beva - Leech Logistics as an Administrator from 2002 to 2003. Vicky then worked at Ticketmaster UK as a Centre Project Coordinator and later as a Call Centre Supervisor from 2004 to 2007. At Ticketmaster UK Ltd, they served as a Contact Centre Project Manager from 2007 to 2012, where they managed projects and client relationships. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at TerraQuest as a Project Manager - Disclosure Scotland, responsible for project planning and execution. Vicky then joined Glasgow 2014 Limited as a Public Ticketing Manager from 2013 to 2014, overseeing ticket sales for the Commonwealth Games. At SQA - Scottish Qualifications Authority, they held roles as an Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Vicky holds the position of Head of Competitions and Compliance at Scottish Rugby since 2018.

Vicky Cox attended the University of Lincoln from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Management. In March 2010, they also obtained a Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner certification.
