Callum Watson

Callum Watson is a strategic HR leader and current Head of People at the Scottish SPCA, where they focus on driving people and culture initiatives. With a wealth of experience in various HR roles, they previously served as HR and Governance Director at Storm Housing Group and held positions such as Senior HR Business Partner at The University of Edinburgh. Callum also contributes as a Board Trustee for Childcare Connections. They hold a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University, complemented by a BA in Management with Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University.
