We’re entirely separate from the RSPCA, which operates in England and Wales. We are the only national charity in Scotland which rescues and treats sick or injured birds. 

We are the only animal charity in the UK recognised as a reporting agency to the Crown Office, meaning we can report people who we believe should be prosecuted for causing animals suffering.

The Fundraising and Communications Team at the Scottish SPCA is dedicated to securing the financial resources necessary for animal welfare initiatives through various fundraising activities and campaigns.
