Francesca Carlo is an experienced professional with a strong background in business management and marketing. As Services Manager at Scottish Swimming since November 2016, Francesca leads a team focused on Wellbeing, Education, Events, and Membership for 25,000 members, ensuring operational improvements align with strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Francesca held multiple positions at Lighthouse Studios, including Services Manager and Data Protection Officer, where Francesca established an award-winning photography business recognized by the Master Photographers' Association. Previous experience also includes managing product development at Richardson Sheffield, achieving significant sales growth, and launching new product ranges at Denby Pottery Company Ltd. Francesca holds a 1st Class Honors degree in Marketing and Business Studies from the University of Stirling and studied at Texas A&M University.
