Donald MacBrayne

Donald MacBrayne is an experienced professional in the water utility sector, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Scottish Water Horizons Limited since November 2017. In this role, Donald manages a team focused on innovative business opportunities, including heat recovery from wastewater, photovoltaic projects, and energy solutions. Prior to this position, Donald held the role of Commercial Manager at Scottish Water and worked as a Pollution Control, TSE, and biosolids specialist at Scottish Water International, where involvement included a significant change management program with Ashghal. Donald also served as Head of Horizons Environment at Scottish Water in 2010. Donald is an alumnus of Edinburgh Napier University, having completed studies between 1987 and 1991.
