Nigel Balfour is a seasoned professional in the commercial management field with extensive experience, currently serving as Commercial Manager at Scottish Water Horizons Limited since October 2017. Previously, Nigel held the role of Commercial Manager at Laing O'Rourke from October 2006 to October 2017 and worked as a Senior Commercial Specialist at Scottish Water Solutions between April 2010 and May 2015. Earlier in the career, Nigel was a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Robertson Construction Group, Melville Dundas, and Mansell, gaining valuable expertise in quantity surveying over several years. Nigel Balfour holds a BSc Hons in Building Engineering and Management from Edinburgh Napier University, earned between 1990 and 1992.
