Dave Thompson

Dave Thompson has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in claims management. Since September 2007, Dave has served as the Senior Claims Technical Manager at Scottish Widows and Clerical Medical, where responsibilities include development, training, and oversight of disability products, Life and Critical Illness claims, along with guidance for Lloyds Banking Group Creditor sickness claims. Prior to this role, Dave was a Senior Claims Assessor at Prudential Assurance from February 2005 to September 2007, managing a portfolio of health claims and serving as an internal auditor. Earlier experience includes positions as a Claims Assessor and Senior Pension Administrator at Scottish Provident from August 1994 to December 2004. Education was completed at Dunfermline High School.
