Ian Mackenzie is an experienced professional in environmental and health initiatives, currently serving as the Green Health Programme Manager at NHS Lothian Charity since October 2019, where Ian leads Scotland's first NHS-led greenspace and health strategy. As Project Development Manager at the Scottish Wildlife Trust, Ian has been involved in advancing the Cumbernauld Living Landscape initiative and enhancing urban green areas since April 2010. Ian has also held several key roles within the Scottish Wildlife Trust, including Living Landscapes Programme Manager and Biodiversity Data Manager. Ian’s earlier experience includes a position as GIS Analyst at the Forestry Commission.
