Michelle Marcell

Michelle Marcell (Purvis) is a dedicated HR leader and consultant with extensive experience in talent development, organizational culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. They currently serve as the Director at ScottMadden, Inc., where they focus on human capital management. Previously, Michelle held various roles at ScottMadden, including Managing Consultant, and served as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dairy Management Inc. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from North Carolina State University and an MBA with a consulting concentration from the University of Notre Dame.
