Paul Quinlan

Paul Quinlan is currently the Director of Energy Research at ScottMadden, Inc., where they focus on providing clean energy subject matter expertise and supporting various strategic initiatives. Previously, Quinlan served as Clean Tech Manager and Clean Tech Specialist at the same firm, driving projects related to electric vehicles and energy storage. They also held several leadership roles at the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association, including Deputy Director and Managing Director, where they managed significant budgets and contributed to legislative efforts in renewable energy. Quinlan began their career as a Duke-HEI Summer Fellow at ICTSD, researching international trade topics. They earned a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University.
