Catalina Sanint

Catalina Sanint is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. As co-founder and Executive Chef at DeliCata from June 2020 to May 2024, Catalina played a key role in building the business from the ground up. Previous positions include Chef Advisor at Con Alma, where responsibilities included menu creation and staff training, and Executive Chef at El Falso Olivo, overseeing recipe development and kitchen management. Additional experience includes serving as a Private Chef and Caterer, Culinary Instructor at Sur La Table, and Sous Chef at La Mar Cebicheria Peruana. Catalina's early career also featured roles in user acquisition and account management within the digital marketing sector.
