Irlanda Cruz has been working in the hospitality industry since May 2004. Irlanda has held various positions such as busser, hostess, banquet server, waitress, and room server in different establishments. Currently, Irlanda is working at Scott's Seafood as a bookkeeper, waitress, hostess, and banquet lead server since September 2009. Prior to that, Irlanda worked at the Oakland Marriott City Center as a hostess-cashier, room service receptionist, dining room, and banquet server from October 2008 to September 2012. Before that, Irlanda worked at FENTONS CREAMERY as a hostess, waitress, and food runner from February 2008 to September 2008.
