Kelsey Lauck

Kelsey Lauck, MHRM, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and The Ohio State University. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for North America Sales since August 2022, Kelsey transitioned from a Senior Human Resources Generalist role supporting supply chain operations across nine manufacturing sites. Previous responsibilities included managing HR functions for a large team within the Global Supply Chain and providing strategic HR partnership at The Ohio State University. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
